RICK DALAN
Partner


Rick Dalan was born December 7, 1954, in East St. Louis, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida with high honors in 1976. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1981.

Mr. Dalan is a member of the Florida and Illinois Bars, as well as licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dalan is a Certified State Circuit Court and Federal District Court mediator and also serves as an arbitrator in a variety of types of civil litigation. He is board certified as a civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar and AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Dalan is a member of the American Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association, and St. Petersburg Bar Associations. He represents clients in toxic tort, lead paint, asbestos, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage and insurance coverage litigation, as well as construction litigation. Mr. Dalan also represents clients in automobile liability, uninsured motorist claims, premise liability suits, discrimination claims and products liability claims. Additionally, he provides defense of white collar criminal cases.

 
JEFFERY M. KATZ

Mr. Katz was born June 19, 1966, in West Islip, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida in 1988, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson College of Law in 1991. Mr. Katz has an advanced law degree, a Master of Laws in Taxation from Emory College of Law in 1992.

Mr. Katz practices in Florida State courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Katz is a member of The Florida Bar, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association, and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.

Mr. Katz is experienced in commercial and personal lines insurance defense. He represents clients in personal injury protection, products liability, toxic tort, lead paint, asbestos, premises liability, and subrogation litigation. He also practices in the areas of construction litigation, automobile liability and uninsured motorist claims.


  MICHAEL D. SIEGEL

Michael Siegel was born August 8, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in 1981. He graduated with honors from Stetson Law School in 1984.

Mr. Siegel is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the American Bar Association, the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Clearwater Bar Association. Mr. Siegel is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Siegel represents automobile dealers in litigation of all types including consumer cases and employment discrimination. He has been practicing in the insurance defense field since 1988. He has defended lawsuits involving bodily injury claims, coverage issues, premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability and lawsuits filed under consumer protection laws.

Mr. Mazirow was born January 8, 1975, in San Diego, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from University of California at Los Angeles in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law in 2002.

Mr. Mazirow practices in Florida State Courts. He is a member of The Florida Bar.

Mr. Mazirow is experienced in Insurance Defense, motor vehicle negligence and general civil litigation.


  TAMMI J. DRIVER

Ms. Driver was born June 12, 1967, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Western Kentucky University in 1988 and her Master of Science in Educational Psychology at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1989. She obtained her Juris Doctor from University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005.

Ms. Driver practices in Florida State Courts. She is a member of The Florida Bar and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Driver is experienced in Insurance Defense, motor vehicle negligence and general civil litigation.
